On Monday, we finalized Sadie's adoption!!! It's been a long 2 year's, and can hardly believe that chapter has ended. Still, we can't help but feel that it's still only 1 down, 2 to go... we hope. We can't know what the future holds for Dustin & Zahmarie, so at this point, we do our part, we pray, and we leave the outcome in God's hands. This Saturday, we will finalize the more important part of all this. We look at the court's adoption decree not as the end, but the last hurdle. Now that we have that we will go with Sadie to the temple Saturday to have her sealed to us. This has been an amazing week, one that we have waited for for a long time. Hard to believe it's finally happening.

Welcome to the Moo Groove
Sometimes you just need to dance
Special guest appearance by Sadie... yeah so this is the music to a Beck's beer commercial, he loves it so much I recorded it just so he can groove whenever the need arises.

It's about time...
The first time Michelle held our Sadie...
I know I usually have the kid's updates on the side, but this news is just too big for that...
We just got our confirmed court date to finalize our adoption. It is Monday 9/22. We've scheduled our temple sealing for the following Saturday 9/27 at 10am.
We would love to have you attend if you can... PLEASE let us know. That afternoon we'll have a small party for family.
Then the next morning, Sunday 9/28 9am, we will have her blessing at church and all are invited to attend. Please contact us for directions to the church.

Farts are just funny!
So the kids are eating their pizza, Michelle was taking the video of her playing the violin with her fork & knife when out of the blue Sadie starts emmitting a gaseous barrage. I've decided that farts are just innately funny. Notice the effort of the leg hike for maximum effect.
